Hi everyone, I’m a content creator most of my videos are about martial arts, I lost my instagram account “disabled” and got it back, I found a youtube channel that copied all my previous videos and my work I sent an email to the person but didn’t answer, I’m creating my Youtube channel, how can I take down that Youtube channel who copies my work from another platform without my consent ?

You should just get in touch with YouTube.
YouTube routinely closes down channels you took copyright violations.
As long as you can prove that you are the original creator of the content that you're claiming, you should be fine.
If I were you, I'd focus on documentation right now and then just get in touch with YouTube.

Make a reference to your instagram account. I am sure you got dates that are undisputable if you send it to youTube support.
