Hey,

there are 2 Questions

1-If downloaded video from YT then re uploaded it again after editing my information, is that against YouTube Laws ? and it yt will block or delete my video?

2-If Yes, is there any program or method helped me in this position cuz all my niches is fake then i can not make real videos with real show !

(Advice me as your self :) In Pm or here )

thanks in advance:confused:

Yes, you're not allowed to take someone else's video & then re-upload it as your own. I'm not 100% sure how it works if you give credits for the video to the original author/uploader but I know in general that this isn't allowed or tolerated. Besides, it's best to be original and just make your own video(s) that way you can customize them to your liking and can better optimize them for conversions.

I did this for about 8 months and banked round $900 a month. Then on the 8 month BOOM killed my partnership and adsense on youtube. Thankfully my adsense is still in good standing for websites. I only had one of my videos go viral and it was enough to support my other sites so it was worth it.

In the good ole days this was easy bank, but a lot of changes have happened within the last year on YouTube. Big algorithm updates make copying videos very hard, and most get deleted. Another big update was today, curious to see how all my accounts will fair. The "Copyright" day of December 3rd, 2013.

Buddy, its not that hard to make your own video, create your own videos and no need to worry about getting banned.Copying someone else video is not fair and not the right thing to do in you want to succeed if youtube marketing for a long term.Try windows movie maker or animoto.

I was helping a customer who copied their own videos and uploaded them to a few other channels they owned, and their main account was deleted for copying videos... their own videos LMAO.

I've seen a few people on YouTube copy videos and then cover the watermark with their own watermark. These videos are sometimes flagged by the disgruntled original uploader.

Viral videos are upload hundreds of times, so I don't know how they get away with this in the long-term. What about 911 calls, any can get those, and security videos.

exactly! Its obvious if you are spamming YT. Think if it uploading gazillion of other video's and you have no single video of yours right? Might work if your uploading 2 video's then re-upload 1 video from another trending topic.

thanks every body for your advice but some of you don't understand me ,,I can not make my own video because for example my niche is a (game hack) ,then I don't have (the hack) and i don't have (the game) :) then how can i make a convincing video ?

if you don't spam to much you probably wont get catches. but the risk always exists.

I've even had copyright infringement notices on one of my own videos before. When I say my own I mean the whole lot, music included I created from scratch. Told them to fuck off as it was mine and that was the last I heard about it.
(obviously the option "fuck off" isn't listed as an option) ;)

Look people do it and they will keep on doing it. I would say stay original on this front. It wont cost you much and you will have your account and videos safe ..
