However this is no longer the case nowadays there are many ways for sites to track you including IP and using your browser fingerprint

You can stream using ffmpeg codek. And about views/streamers, you need one or more websites with big traffic and redirect all or only tier3 traffic to youtube using clocker or if you have traffic with high retention/low bounce, you can embed a silent & transparent video player (this works great on movies websites).

Hii , you can ry some sites to gain organic views from different geo in a cheapest rate , anyway no one don't know how YT algorithm works , but yeh you can try to see .

There are panels who sells guaranteed concurrent viewer, only purchase them. Other live views for example buy 1k - you get 200-300 concurrent is all shit and do not work.

The price per 1000 will be high but if you know how to make money from your niche then it will be profitable. Because 1k concurrent and if you can buy it like for 4hrs or so will get you much more organic traffic and boost your video in suggested and browse feature too.

you can only afford the price when you are damn sure about your niche and money making methods.

It is better to use SMM panels, or create your custom bot.
 
Most panels selling it proxy views, but ı think does not help for ranking currently
