Hey,

i want to boost my video to youtube startpage. Some of you may know this little trick (upload-private-views,backlinks-public), does it still work ? And do you think it is possible to get to youtube startpage with this little trick if you boost a video with 50.000 views ?

Thank you ^^

It depends, YouTube has done a lot of improvements on their algorithm, you won't rank if you just blast your video with views, you have to drip-feed them for a few weeks. And also, depending on which niches are you into, there are many people exploiting YouTube with the 'unlisted' method, which instantly ranks them #1 for a few hours.

Well actually unlisted method gives you the spot on the youtube's homepage but if after that your video doesn't have enough popularity it's removed from the start page.

So you guys think it is possible to get to startpage with this trick.

If you can buy 50k views and they are of good quality, you may be able to get there without the unlisted method. People buying views from Biguddy got there with only 20k views so why shouldn't you?

Tricking youtube is just a variant that will get you eventually banned.
Think about the future, if you dont want to be banned just focus on some secure methods like backlinks to video, promoting on email lists, social networks, etc.
Thats why you have to work on the quality of your content!
Why I say this? Because experience. (2 times)

Well, my video has nothing to do with PPD or other shitty things ^^ It's a legit video.

You will never find out unless you do it yourself, don't be lazy..

Other people may comment, they may lie to you - they may tell you the truth. They may have done it right or wrong - who really knows. But you will never get the answer unless you try it yourself.

Well its still working these days, but it just tends to stay up for just a little while. You're video is going to get flagged and reported in less than 12 hours. 50000 views is a bit too much i guess since i have seen people with less than 300 views rank on the top.
