youtube spotlight links

how can i make a clickable link in my videos?

i see alot of videos even fresh ones where i click on the spotlight and a external site opens, but i don't see any option to do that myself? i only can make youtube / donor / google links...

You do it in the annotations area. You need to have your own site to link to, it cannot be a third party site. I'm pretty sure you have to have an account which is in good standing as well. So if you have any strikes against your account, you won't have the option.
