This way I see many channels, When I do the same, my channels are closed. How is this possible?

Its not spam. Its called reup.
I think they bought big channels with high trust to avoid strike, demonetized.
Of course they need to test and burn a lot of channels to reach their sucessful.

one word
content management system (CMS)
once these channels get whitlisted by their CMS, they are immune to problems.
its one of the main way to abuse with such content.
they can remove strikes/claims.

you cannot just avoid strikes by using big channels like you say for such content.
algorithm detection is near instant.

you need to have CMS.

if its an editing trick that is used to bypass algorithm, then,
simply downloading that edited video and reuploading that video should be enough to evade detection.

but if that does not work, then it is CMS whitelist.
