youtube slideshows

Do you think it's worth the effort to create slideshows for youtube to enhance search etc?

I don't have time to make a proper video but could whip up a small slideshow etc..

Just thinking if it would be worth it to make it worth my site at the bottom.. Is video SEO hard? Never touched it..

you can create some very good slide shows. The slideshow can have a good effect if done well. If you want something that is quick and simple you should check out
Obviously if you could put a good video together it would work much better if you only have the time and resources for a slide show then it can work as well but obviously depends how good you do it and what the video is about.

Also, Animoto lets you upload straight to youtube.

Use good videos that are exciting and tell a story. It will improve clickthrough on the url in the description.
