I have searched on the forum for a youtube thumbnail creator and not found anything really so I decided to create this thread.
Is there a someone who could share a youtube thumbnail creator software?

Why not just use any image editing software like photoshop or anything else? I don't think you would need any specific software for thumbnail making.

If you can't find that software,then try using Windows Media Classic player. Pause the video at the point that you want to take the thumbnail picture.Take a snapshot using printscreen button (easy-way).save that to paint.You are good to go.
