Youtube Sitemap

Hi, I'm a newb, did some reading on this but still couldn't figure it out.

I found a site that creates stiemaps for youtube videos. But how do I then submit the sitemap to google? Can I just submit it directly through webmaster tools? Or do I have to paste the sitemap on my website? Thank you if anyone can explain!

Step #1
Create a video sitemap of your website (if you use a CMS use a plugin like Yoast, otherwise use software like A1 Sitemap Generator with "video" scan preset)

Step #2
Buiild and find your video sitemap XML file

Step #3
Upload it to your website if not already there

Step #4
Submit it in Google Webmaster Tools like normal XML sitemaps
