I will suggest you not to buy any views, subs or anything. Just be consistent with your work, you will get result very soon. If you buy then it will hurt your ranking. Always choose the natural way.
 
There are a lot of signals like views to subs, the subs that watch subsequent videos, retention, etc. Youtube pays channels based on shorts views, so they're not like long-form content where you can get away without hurting the platform. The views we buy hurt the channel in the long-run and you may need to abandon it after your reach is dead. So, it's better to focus on improving the content quality.

Your VVSA should ideally be around 82%+ , watch time needs to be high, and the like rate should be at least 3–5% per 1,000 views. Comments are also very important.

You need videos with a strong hook that immediately grab attention, keep people watching, and naturally make them want to like and comment.
 
A lot of creators hit the same wall after reaching 1K subscribers. In most cases, improving hooks, posting consistently, and following trends works better than paying for views.
 
In my opinion One thing that helps travel shorts is making the first 2 seconds stronger fast scene, surprising location, or quick text hook. shorts are very swipe based.
