You can use VPS or proxies.Use Targeted hashtags and keywords in your videos.Use other social media platform to promote your content in targeted audience.Run promotional ads you will be able to target specific country and people through this.

It is obvious that it will be shown to people in same country. You can change country in settings.

Okey... You sure you content is appealing for the audience your are aiming for..i.e. US based audience? I would do some quick research on what's moving in the US (not limited to web, maybe even watch some good old USA Tv), try some of the topics I see, do some A|B testing and see what comes out.
What information needs to be changed in the 'Change setting' section? Could you provide more details? Thank you very much
