But seriously, because of because of the sheer number of spammers, youtube became much more gotten tougher on newbie channels. Continue to upload videos daily without any fills, and you will see the results.

Keep on uploading mate, be consistent. Make the content unique and interesting.

1 short video ain't gonna fly! Instead of 1 try doing 3 to 5 a day if you're able to but if you're not then you probably should not do it period.
Sometimes I upload 10 a day and I may even increase that amount yeah I know my subscribers get tired of me posting but who's paying my bills?
One more thing shorts will get you a boatload of subs.
Last year I had a total of 560 something subs and because of shorts I had that many in July alone.

I have a channel where I have been uploading videos for about 3 months and I have uploaded more than 300 videos and it is still not being watched. I think the goal should be to upload 1 year

Continue uploading and sharing on your page, YouTube is not a 4 days job. It also depends on your niche and keyword search to be visible enough.

4 days is very short period. You can't come to any conclusion in this short time period.
Ideally stick to your routine for a week or two (ideally a month) and then come back with results.
