does the country of the channel affects anything? and is it okay to use same content as Tiktok? (your own videos)

Country doesn't matter.
It's ok to use the same content on both YT and TikTok.

you do not even need to boost youtube shorts, content needs to be atleast average for it to blow up and use trending topics/titles

This is what im doing right now, some vids are getting 1k+ views and some are 100-200 (started the channel 3&4 days ago)

What i noticed on shorts is they die after several hours. How i can find a way to solve this.

I uploaded 2-5 shorts every day for a month and they don’t get more than 10 views, most of them 0 views, exactly a month later one video got 6k views and 2.2k views, after that the rest of the videos, as before, get up to 10 views, like nothing would change)
I don't understand how bad/good content can affect views if YouTube doesn't give it impressions))
