I have been looking all over for the past 2 days for a youtube upload bot. i cant find anyone who has one. But i can find hundreds of channels using the bot

The main key is your source of videos. There is some bot for youtube upload , @Herion services is a good choice. I think he will update features for youtube shorts soon.
