They use a custom bot I think do that
I didn’t asked them for more info because I am not interested in doing that

this is all done by the bot, this is obvious, and many do not care about the ban is done for the traffic of advertising sites

I don't see what the point of uploading the same video 10,000 times is? But then again, he does have 200k subs, must be getting enough overflow traffic to his ABOUT page and clicking on his content locker.

I wonder how many, if any, of the subs are organic/genuine. The sub count hasn't moved in the past 2 days, and who would want their entire sub box filled with the same short video? Strange

Youtube allows to upload max 100 videos a day, if you exceed this - ban. But maybe spammers schedule videos instead of posting, i dunno. Check yourself if you are able to schedule 1000 vids/day for example
