YouTube Shorts - Reused content issue

Hi!

So I'm thinking about starting a new YT channel that is mainly focused on shorts (either TikToks or Motivational Speech with captions).

My question is: How do you avoid the reused content issue so you can monetize the channel?

I'd like to get an answer from someone that is currently doing this successfully and knows how to work around this.
 
Advertise on BHW
i make some editing on it for example i make change on color or make text on it play with size of video
some time work and other not .

it depend on type of video basic .

I've seen people split the video in half and make one half showing a gaming video (car drifting) and the other half is someone speaking motivational stuff. I guess this is the easier method right?
