Happens to me always. I think it happens because I turned off the option to save my video history.

same here, and is common don't know if is a bug but beeing like that for a month, luckly when I open a short the next one is always a random short not the same so at least I can see a different one, videos suggestions doesn't seem to be like that they always change through the day.
