hey i have a shorts channel about anime edit anime moments i'm wondering can i monetize the channel in feb 2023
btw i have no copyright anime images and music i just make edit

How much subs/views you have on your videos?
If it's big enough so congrats you can make money from it but if no I recommend grow first before monetize.

19000 subscribers
6.5mil views for now
and 50000 views hours but it dosen't matter cuz it comes from shorts

Nice mate. you can make something from this numbers.
Try make CPA video about your niche and start offer your subs related products.
You have to try and see what work best for your channel.

YouTube is making arrangements to buy music rights which creators can use. It is still not clear regarding the complete monetization of shorts and copyright issues involved.

It is generally not allowed to monetize videos on YouTube that include copyrighted content without permission from the copyright owner.
but you can make money from CPA
