buy few gmails and experiment until you find how much you have to change, just experiment, once you find the ratio, you can use the information on your main channels. if you upload a video and it didn't get any views or few views compared the the first time you uploaded, you know that youtube detected you, use another gmail and make more change, increase the background for example....
