Youtube Services - How do they work? / VPN

How do services like QQtube and others give views/likes ect?
Do they use a Auto changing VPN? If so how do they hide footprints?
Also where would I be able to to get a VPN that changes the IP every XXX amount of seconds/mins depending on your settings? I will pay for one.

Addmefast is a user based platform which is understandable from first glance.

They send http request to video stats server . With ip pools method & another method is embeding s.youtube and execute it with javascripts.
