As in getting a video high on youtube search (not Google), anyone got any good tips or does this?

Have as many related tags / keywords in your videos tags / description, use keywords there, try to have a detailed description using once again, keywords, that's about it.

Go to youtube and type "youtube video marketing secrets".... there is some good info in the 1st few videos. There is not a magic bullet anymore. It takes a little extra work but is worth the effort if it is done right.
