My video is 10th when I earch for the main keyword, it has 21 000 high retention views, over 200 likes and 40+ custom positive comments. I added this video 6 days ago, however a video posted 1 month ago with 647 views and 2 likes and 3 dislikes beats me..

I ordered some backlinks from Fiverr (user had 1561 positive feedback and 0 negative), they haven't arrived yet, but will it help me rank better then?
I really want my video rank 1st. The keyword isn't very high competition, below 10k searches a month.

I'm kinda new to this.. how could I do this? Make a FB page for it? Or..?

It's so weird how a 647 view video beat me and he even doesent have any survey link in it, I doubt any backlinks etc.
I think I'll just wait Fiverr to finish and then make some Google+ page maybe and post the video there?

Remember, you get what you pay for. Fiverr pays their members $4 for a $5 service. You're getting $4 worth of SEO here. It may be enough for your kw, but keep this in mind if it's not ;)
 
In how much time you will receive all these backlinks ?
I dont think its a good idea to bomb your video with all these things simultaneously .
