Hi, I'm learning about Seo for youtube videos.
What I've concluded is:
  • video has description and title containing keywords
  • thumbnail contains keywords
  • create timestamp
  • add tags, hashtags
Any more notes, I hope to receive help from you

thumbnails should focus more on text than the image used in the thumbnail, words have a very intense effect on the way people think, basically creating a sense of curiosity and the image used in the thumbnail to support that text makes it very clickbait.
 
Also, make sure to hook viewers in the first 10 seconds, engage in the comments, and share your video around.
 
Well you are right you must have the krywords everywhere you can
But i think one of the most important its factors its quality video and how long people view your videos
This give a semnal to youtube that your videos are giving real value to people and the objective of youtube its to keep people on their platform

Insert 5-6 tags in the text intro within the first 30 seconds of the video.
Description: 500 characters + 5-6 tags.
Timestamps are a must, and make sure to include keywords.

Everything else is not as important. The main thing is to make the title similar to your competitors—this is crucial—and don’t forget about the thumbnail! I mentioned the style earlier—you don’t need to copy them directly. And, of course, high-quality video is key. If your video is shorter or not on the same level as your competitors, tags and hashtags won’t save you. Content is king.

seo is important only in search content. how to install windows, tie a tie ....

you're on the right path man, dont worry and just make sure that you keep it interesting for viewers so that you will get more leads and more traffic would be directed to your videos.

Yes, you can make both normal playlists and use blackhat methods. You can make, for example, a copy of a popular playlist that is already ranked and add your videos there.
 
When something is trending, try to make your content related to that. It's a great way to funnel viewers into your channel.
 
What is the benefit of timestamp ? I guess most guys skip to important parts resulting in loss of watchtime.

Yes adding tags can benefit a lot. If you are smart about and first to use trending tags, you will get some views without any effort.
 
You're on the right track with the basics. Beyond those, seriously focus on how long people actually watch your videos – that's called viewer retention and it's a huge signal for the platform. Also, strive for strong engagement: getting likes, comments, and shares. Encourage people to interact. Grouping your videos into well-made playlists can also help with discovery.
