To be on top viewed videos, your video must have thousands or millions of views. There are some hackers striking now that hacks their video views..

It's all about views, ratings and comments and you can't really fake those. The people that inflate their view counts get snipped with a quickness. Remember YouTube and Google weren't born yesterday.

Look up a keyword or phrase on the first page of Google. If there is a video (usually 2) there, take a look at how many views they have. Then just beat their views, and soon you will take their spot (most of the time). Also make sure you have a good amount of comments, ratings and favs to make it look natural.

There are some youtube 'services' to be found here, some can even deliver millions of real view, some also do ratings and comments. This can be quite effective.

You got any idea how normal bought traffic works on youtube? 1:1 or does youtube cut alot if visits come to fasT?

alot of views, alot of comments, and a well chosen title with keywords. In conjunction with each other should help you get a 1st page on Youtube.

doesn't hyphens and quotes in your keywords like in the title, description, and tags work? i heard about but can't tell if it does can someone tell me?
example:
title "funny video" or funny-video

does that help?
