I’m curious—how many of you actually take SEO seriously for your YouTube videos? Personally, it’s been a game-changer. Some of my old videos, thanks to solid SEO, still bring in thousands of views every month without me touching them. Just goes to show how powerful it can be!

Title, Description, Keywords, Hashtags?

Combination of all these parameters. If you give importance to one factor but ignore others, you will not be able to rank the video.

maybe is luck maybe not and I heard people they do not apply SEO and still get a lot of traffic, I check some competitors in the niche, try to avoid uploading content the same day and time as other content creators check what type of content they are posting and decided if I go with the same type of content and gamble and change it social media too try to keep people posted and hyped and interact with them, still I see that is a lot of work but sometimes days are good some are bad, just to clarify this is not from me is from someone I work so they are the face I am the one that try to do magic.

YT SEO works for some niches, but for many youtubers recommended videos are the most important source of traffic.

Yeah, SEO on YT can be a game changer for some niches...in general youtubers don't want to fully rely on it, but it's definitely something helpful, especially for tutorials
