Today I am launching my new channel related to Bollywood news(Entertainment)


I hired Video Editors, Voice-overs and managed raw footage on daily basis, My target is to upload 20 videos per day, and videos would be good, I am new to youtube earlier i worked with other entertainment channels but I am worried alot


as I guess in starting views are very less or what, I am also confused about earning, Presently I am not having any greed for income but want to get minimum 3k views on each video


Can you please guide me, How to begin and methods from which I can get genuine views and something about Youtube SEO

If your videos will be genuine and interesting then you no need to worry about it, all you need is few social media campaigns to run on it. Then users will share your videos on their pages if they found it interesting content.

If you have a few fan pages on Facebook with real fans this will not be a problem. if the stories are interesting social media will do the work for you.
you can always do a few 'boost post' campaigns on Facebook to reach a bigger audience. that will certainly give you some traction.

Yea Jason nailed it. If your videos are offering very good content, then you won't really have to do much at all to get 3k or so views.

So make sure your videos have something to offer that other videos don't. That's about it.

According to my opinion it will work, its like a point system. Initially you want to earn point by subscribing other channels, once you earn the points if anyone subscribes your channel means automatically the point will reduce. But in this you can't get the "targeted audience" simply you get the subscribers count only.
So if you need the exact audience, better you go with Social Media Campaign, micro sites, social bookmarking to the Youtube Channel, Share your video in Google Plus. Once your video get the more views automatically the SERP position increases in the Youtube search. And using the Youtube analytics for which keyword you get more clicks and then work according to that keyword.
