When I work with the Yt blaster with a monthly search volume of 10k or more, I always enter the 12th and 15th rankings. How can I increase the indexed youtube link?

Build little more organic backlinks
YouTube embeds on Web 2.0 works for me.

Also if possible. add a good unique lengthy description to the video. which increases the rankings little more.

In my perception:
1. Optimized and compelling Title
2. Description - Detail explanation as a blog
3. Tags - Broad and Narrow keywords
4. Script appear in video
5. Attractive Thumbnail
6. Social Shares and Book Marking
7. Ask for engagement(likes, comment and share) with friends and relatives
8. Avoid Ads
9. Link building (Web2.0, Article Directories, Press Release, Forum Posting, Profiling, comment and so on)

Instead of ranking, I am trying to increase views. So I am sharing videos in different facebook groups and DM video links to my connects.
