Does anyone scrape Youtube for anything, and if so do you need proxies to do so? Long story short I have a lot of proxies that used to work for link scraping perfect with almost 0 rates, but since Google recently went to https for all of it's searches they do not work, as it appears they don't support any ssl. They do work for Youtube still, but not for any kind of account creation or logging in. I'm wondering if they'd be useful for any kind of scraping on Youtube, but I don't know if there's even any rates/need for proxies, or if anyone even does that.

Lol, why would I need dedicated proxies for anything? Obviously you two didn't read the thread, but thanks for bumping it. Does anyone have an actual answer to whether or not anyone actually scrapes stuff from Youtube or not?
