Can I create a bunch of channels and post the same video (original, that I have created) with different voiceovers (each one in a different language) and monetize it?

Is there any chance of all of it being shadowbanned or some kind of problem about it?

I believe there will be no problem.
The video is yours.
Mr. Beast makes something like that
 
I think there is no problem because as you change the audio and render the video again the metadata is changed. (if the AI penalizing you is your worry)
Also, the videos are yours so you can't get any copyright claim or anything like that.

It should be ok. As long as it is your own content, that should be fine.
(and I'm saying "should", cos yea.. YT are weird, so can't really give a definitive answer..)
 
I have had my kids channels in swedish and English for years. Plan on making it Spanish now too. 0 issues what so ever
 
Defenetely you can many youtubers do it the most famous Mr.Beast that is why his reach is global.
PS: this is not a sponsor for him just put it as an example, as linus tech too.

Not a problem as it is different voiceovers, youtube algo will see it as a unique video.
 
Yes! You can create many channels and post your original video with different language voiceovers to monetize it. But there's a risk of being shadowbanned.To avoid shadowbanning, make sure your videos are distinct from one another. Change the voiceover, subtitles, title, description, and tags for each video.
 
Probably yes, but very high risk of a shadowban
The reason why is that nowadays youtube made an option to make different language voiceovers on one video. So if a year or two ago you could say that this were the only option, now admins may ban you really fast
