I have a channel focused on posting Reels that is already monetized. I typically source videos from other countries, translate them, and upload them. I’ve heard about YouTube’s policy regarding "reused content,"
I’m unsure if I’ll be able to continue making money this way in the future.

I think that if you are aware of the rules but intentionally violate them, the worst case scenario is a permanent account ban.

Translating alone isn't enough anymore youtube will hand out a reused content strike as soon as their next automated sweep runs.

In the worst-case scenario, your account could be locked due to user reports; therefore, you should edit the content and images to avoid copyright infringement.

Translating verbatim and posting the video as you got it is what is going to get you into trouble with YouTube. My take, when you get the video, study it and see how can alter one or two and add your own B-rolls then translate and post. This way it looks like an almost original content.

I feel like youtube new policy is specifically targeting my channel. Now I don't know what to do next.

So, I’m worried about my channel. I’m not sure how to handle this.

Is it that bad? Or should I delete the videos I've posted to protect my channel?

I think you should take a break for a while to avoid attracting YouTube's attention. After that, try to avoid re-uploading videos that are prone to copyright issues.

You can leave a link to your channel we'll take a look too

You should be prepared for the possibility of your account being locked due to reposted content; the reuse of others' content is now subject to much stricter scrutiny, involving copyright issues and various other widely applicable factors.

i believe that the primary problem here is that transllating the videos will probably be insufficient for calling them original ones. typically, utube analyzes whether u add some new value to the content.if u are adding comments, editing it or providing some different interpretation of the video, then the channel becomes safe. in any case, the channel is already monetized nd it is time to focus on originality.

Yeah that's the worst thing that can happen especially if you've been building a channel for YEARS off of other people's cuts and edits of their videos.

Adding your own commentary, editing, context and original footage gives the channel a much stronger case for being considered original content.

If possible, you should delete them to avoid risks; instead, use image and audio editing tools to transform similar content into your own original creations.

Translation alone might not be enough to generate original content.
Includes prsnl commentary, editing, context or analysis so that each uploaded piece is worth some thing other than just translation.

I’ve trimmed a few seconds off and added a watermark to every video, so things are fine for now but I’m worried the new policies might get stricter.

I’ve taken a break from posting videos since the new policy was introduced, but I’m still uneasy and unsure what to do next.

I paused my channel's activity after the announcement of the new policy, but I am worried about facing some kind of penalty.

YouTube has issued a warning; if you continue to violate the rules, your channel will be suspended.
