Youtube registration advices

I wanna make YT accs to post shorts and gain traffic for my socials. I have some questions and will be very grateful for answers!

1. Is it okay to have up to 10 accs on one phone/computer and one proxy? Or it's better to have fewer?
2. Should I "warm up" an account and give it some time without posting anything?
3. Do tags work?

I can only answer the last question. Tags work, but it's important to use them correctly. Watch a video on YouTube about tags, there are a lot of videos where they talk about the correct setting of tags and improving video seo.
