AI videos are useless, no one likes to watch them. However, if you have some very good custom tool that can produce very high quality real like videos , then it may get some audience.

You can absolutely do that. It can help you increase subscribers, then you can delete it and create the content you like. However, those subscribers will not help your videos get more views
