YouTube Ranking Trouble

I've realised that YouTube has changed.

Ranking isn't dependant on Views, Description, Tags, Likes, Comments, Back Links, Social Signals.

There is a factor that keeps particular videos ranked, and the rest trashed.
These ranked videos have no back links, no twitter signals, low HR Views compared to rest.
Their keywords (tags) are the same as the rest. Their Description is the same, and so is there title.

There is a factor that is unknown to us controlling it. And I know I'm not alone on this, many of you are wanting to find this out too.
So let us find out. And for those that do know, any tips are appreciated.

You probably havent tried hard enough. This is the classic" SEO is Dead" thread.
