I plan on getting a YouTube video (which is a testimonial about a product being promoted from Clickbank) and get it ranked on the first page with it's exact match search being 5,400. The video on the first page currently only has 3,000-5,000 views or so, no comments, and two likes/one dislike.

Would this method work?
- I purchased a testimonial from Fiverr. Looks pretty good, it is 1:17 minutes long. (15$)
- I will purchase a domain to re-direct to my affiliate link. The product name is in the domain. (15$)
- I will purchase 5,000 views + 100 likes + 10 custom comments from Fiverr. The retention rate will be about 30-60 seconds I've been told which is good since my video is roughly that long anyway. About eight or nine of the custom comments will also contain my keyword. (5$)
- I will purchase an EBP back-link which is 300 tier 1s and 4,700 tier 2s from Fiverr. I can't post a link at the moment (since my school computer blocks Fiverr) but you can just search "EBP" and it's the first gig. (5$)
- I will purchase a SEO nuke service just to throw in some more links also from Fiverr. (5$)
- I will purchase 1,300+ social bookmarks. (10$)

In total, this video investment will have costed me 55$. With each product sold, I will earn 40-45$ each so my with only two sales, I would have made my initial investment back. Do you guys think this ranking method will be effective?

I think you will be able to make at least 2 sales with that method even if it doesn't rank towards the top. Go for it and let us know how it works out! Risking $55 to possibly make $100's isn't a bad idea :)

Fiverr Backlink services mostly suck...use services from BHW members instead...probably for almost same price.

I agree with this. Fiverr is a waste of time. Even if it's just a YT video, quality backlinks will always go further.

Yeah, I might as well give it a shot :P

And Fiverr back-links aren't really that bad, I don't know why everybody says that...

Edit: Or I can just straight up nuke it with this service somebody else on this forums sells: http://www.linkstonic.com/scrapeboxlinks.html

I mean like I don't see why scrapebox won't work here. Basically the same thing for a YouTube video isn't it?

I guess cursing Fiverr has become a fashion like how cursing Justin Beiber is popular. Fiverr does offer some junk but there are some golden nuggets there which if you know how to use you can get ur video/site ranked for less price and services from BHW are no different from Fiverr. Its just that Fiverr is considered to be low quality because there are no mods to moderate SEO gigs there..

Anyways i had also tried with 5k search term once and got it to first page but it failed to get any sales even after 40 hops till now maybe because the video was not good. So make sure you make a good video with call to action otherwise it will be a waste of time ranking it...
:)

fiverr views doesnt benefit you in terms of sales / revenue. otherwise its good to have some links there.

drip feed all that you said...

looks good way to go ahead...
use unique content

If you use fiverr use your own content. And make sure it's quality content. Scrape 10 articles and spin them by hand to make them readable. Structure each article in 10 paragraphs and mix them up to get only one article. Buy forum posts instead of profiles. Bookmarks are good but again spin the titles and descriptions heavily. On fiverr you can find decent web 2.0s and article directories services also. If you have some extra money buy retweets, web 2.0 profiles and edu blog comments as well. Diversify anchors.

After you've created your YouTube Video, get a VA on Fiverr to create some wordpress accounts for you and embed your YouTube Video on to the site with some relevant unique content, this will help rank your YouTube Video Faster too.

just go for it.......method looks good and am having feeling it will work..and i will also use this service

I have already purchased the things required and currently the EBP/Social bookmarking (I purchased both from reputed Fiverr sellers) and have received the report. I have also decided to go with a different YouTube gig that provides longer retention, amount of views, and an extra 200+ likes, no custom comments though. I am hoping to get some type of rank on Google in approximately 5-7 days.

By the way, I also purchased an 18,000 wiki blast from Volarex for 5$, have not yet received the report though.

Don't listen to people who are saying Fiverr backlinks suck. Most of them had 1-2 bad experiences or never tried it and are using "Herd Metality"(No offense). The main reason is your are ranking a youtube video and google is not strict at all on spam links to youtube videos. If you are trying to rank a site, you have to be much more careful from who you choose to buy a gig from (although there are still good options). A youtube video almost never gets penalized. I heard crockservice's Social Bookmarking gig and large social bookmarking blasts in general gets good results for youtube vids.

Yes, I am well aware :P I enjoy using Fiverr personally, I few gigs didn't do much but hey, it's only five dollars. What do you expect lol.

This could be a working method. Thanks for posting. I might follow this one day if I have time. :)

Well, this was a bump from the grave :P

Actually, I did a variation of this and my video is ranking on the first page so far on YouTube searches I believe. I must use a different keyword tracker though to see where it's at on Google, SerpBook isn't really working out that well for me at the moment.

you guys have youtube all backwards.....its a numbers game.

enough with the trying to rank one video bullshit or the getting a bunch of scubcribers on one account nonsense....numbers game guys.
