Youtube Question

Very new to all of this but I have a video on youtube that gets about 1k views a day but the only problem is its apparently 3rd party content from break,
I've checked break and can't find the video in question so that leaves me with the question of can I appeal the 3rd party claim and if so,
how do I go about doing that? Thanks.

Did you just use a clip of the video within your own? If so that could fall under the fair use guidelines so I'd dispute it. It's a long shot, but you could also try to contact Break directly about it.

but if you just re-uploaded someone else's video entirely, just remove it. You're lucky you didn't get a strike for that.
