Youtube question

I am watching some channels on youtube and wondering, what are that "non sense" comments (for example here: youtube --- watch?v=UbX1UM_NoLY ) Samantha Cameron: 4vrf vrgh .. etc. Are those comments made by some bots? Do they help rank videos?

Another question... are theese #tags comments posted by author helpful?

I am wondering how new channel could have so much views and succes in a short time...I want to find their formula, but my reasearch was not so succesfull. Thank you so much for answers!

Comments were probably bought on Fiverr, or bot commented. The hashtags # are typically added when a comment is linked from a google account/page. People tag their G+ pages with hashtags, so you'll see those on the videos if someone comments on the video at the G+ page.

But he is doing well for months, i thought that youtube ban all acounts, which are using BOTs or FIVERR "miracle" gigs ...

You can get the same commets for Free in like4like or in enhancedviews (in my opinion enhanceviews has a better quality commenters). Never pay for rubbish like "dfsgjdfh" or "0123" comments.
