Hello guys, i have some questions about youtube if anyone can help me. When i create a video and then time passes and i have to update the title,tags,description (for example if i change the date) does this affect video rank? Is it better to create new version and put an annotation? Thank you

The upload date is one of the most important facts on ranking. So if you are not going to change whole video I suggest you edit it.

yes,but i mean if i change title,tags,description then video will be indexed in just one day and then change ranking according to the new stats? i talk about date most. (not date of uploading, but date as keyword )

I'm not sure about the time that it takes to index but it'll index faster than a new uploaded video. Yes, the ranking will be different based on new changes also check this thread to index your video faster (specially step 2):
