If I get 200 5/5 ratings, 200 views, and 10-50 comments on a video the first day that it's uploaded, will youtube pick up on this and ban me? (the ratings/views come from real people, not bots, all unique accounts and IP's)

It depends if other (real, not your friends/hired people) report your video. Does it violate the YouTube guidelines? If yes - yes (it will probably get deleted). If no - probably no.
