Let say I want to upload around 3-5 videos a day on youtube with CPA offers in video and description.

Can I upload them on my main account and then vote the videos with my other 100 yt accounts or I should make more accounts just for uploading videos?

it would be better to upload the videos on different accounts...coz YT is removing video with URL on the description..so try not to take any risk at all...use proxies and stuff...as well if u can arrange...
