Youtube + Public proxies

I've been trying to scale this youtube comment spamming method but having a hard time. Around 2 weeks ago I was doing it using public proxies but recently YT have made some changes about proxies, Neither Tor or public proxies are working as they used to. Now when I try to comment using public proxies they get immediately flagged as spam, you will find the occasional proxy that works though. I already tried private proxies but they are not good for this method as I need them in masses.

Is there anyway to check whether a proxy is flagged as spam by yt?

it checks if your ip is on various blacklists, probably youtube use one of them
