Youtube Promotion

Has anyone actually used the "Youtube Promotion" feature? I was thinking about using, has anyone had any experience? I"m thinking about using it so my vid could eventually be boosted to number one on the search term. I'd spend like $15 in the month and make more then that, if everything goes as planned.

I haven't had any experience. I actually just started today as well. Will tell my experience!
