youtube problem

Sooo i am new to internet marketing and i started trying to earn some money through a blog. Things didn't go well and i gave it up a little. But recently i thought of using the youtube+ppd method. I managed and earned 7$ but today I saw that my account is blocked. So here are my questions:
1) I am using videos i downloaded from other people's channel so this is probably the reason i got blocked, right?
2) Is there any chance I will take back that account or do i have to make a new one and upload the videos there?
3)Is there a chance to get blocked (if i make a new account) while i use the same IP i used for the first account?

1) yes, if they reported you for copyright infringement, your channel gets suspended for 2 weeks on second copyright strike and terminated on 3rd strikes
2) if your channel have repeated copyright infringement (check your email for details) up to 3 times, there is no way to get it back anymore
3) depends on your YT account was terminated or suspended, if it was terminated mostly YT won't allow you to make new accounts, again, check your email details

As i remember there was a kind of warning on videos that they were not mine etc etc... and there was a selection to ''say'' that the videos are not mine. would this prevent me from getting banned? and unfortunately i am not allowed to make new accounts

did you mean "matched 3rd party content" and "I acknowledge" button? those will not cause you ban. it is better if you can show us your email that YouTube sent you for the reason of banning your account.

yeah i meant those buttons. the email isn't in english, as english isn't my native language but in the email it says that i voilated the terms and that i cannot anymore own, have access to and create new youtube accounts.

That sucks man. Youtube can be random in applying their own rules, I've seen lots of other PPD videos that are almost exact copies of other videos and they don't get taken down.

Did you use a proxy to upload that one video?

Nope. It was the first time doing this and i did not even think of using a proxy. But it's ok, I will do it on my next account Learn from your mistakes
