Youtube problem?

Hey guys so i tried running a fortnite channel, posting compilation and everything
1) i was putting good keywords
2) high quality thumbnails
3) putting up content pretty fast too
yet i didn'y pull any views its been 2 months now and i only get like 0-5 views :!
what can i do?

2 months is really short time to get YT channel of the ground-. Be patience and consistent.

How fast you are putting the content out? How many times per week?

Post videos continuously in a scheduled manner. Like on every Wednesday you post a new video. This will help you gain some momentum.

You can also advertise your channel on Google Ads for some time to gain some exposure.

Consistency matter on Youtube.

Are you able to keep up that pace for the next year (or longer) ? Slow it down, create better quality videos and be consistent.
It's pretty simple formula, but will take some time.
