I was checking my videos today and links are not clickable :|:|

and when you press to see ful description they work fine

is youtube having problem ? or is just me

No I dont think its a bug,they have made it purposefully to limit people like us who wants to profit from youtube.
My conversions reduced by 1/10th from you tube after this new counter measure by them.
They are really making our lives miserable each day

holly shit u r right, i have the same problem. I am afraid they will really make it not possible to enter clickable to link to description!

In full description it still works, strange...i HOPE this is just temporary bug!!!

I fucking fail. I have a YouTube video and the link was not clickable and I figured that was normal. I saw this thread, went back to my video and added http:// and all of a sudden it works in mini description and full. Stupid mistake.

maybe it is just a temporary bug in the youtube system because some videos link are still clickable but i got 1 video link went dead.. Just some random malfunction in their system.. Hope they will going to fix it right away..

You people dramatize everything, why not just type a link like ''http://www.HerpDerp.com'' , it will be clickable that way.

I think i have figured out what to do - if your description with link is short enough to pass to the "short description field" (about 2 lines) then it is clickable. If it is longer then this - you will get this stupid non-clickable html code!

Still hope this is just temporary bug...
