So I worked out a deal with this guy who had 1 youtube video getting about 50k views per day, he would place my link and message in his description. Just did this last night and this morning I check the video and its been removed by Youtube. This guys gonna be pissed @ me.

Here is the message it shows when you click on the link -
This video has been removed as a violation of YouTube's policy against spam, scams, and commercially deceptive content.

Is there anyway to get it re-instated? This is very important to me so any advice would be highly appreciated. It was a TinyURL link and a short message that was placed in the description. It was a business related website that the link re-directed to. Please help!

Once the video is gone there's nothing you can do. Offer to pay for him to make another one and rank it again.

This video had 175 million views. Damn this sucks! Why would youtube ban this so fast? Its against the rules to post tinyurl links in descriptions? We still had the all right reserve message

What were you promoting? If you were promoting something scammy like PPD then likely someone complained or flagged your video after they clicked the link. And then YouTube does a manual review of the video.
