Youtube+PPV??

Last week I saw a website with the pop up directly playing a youtube video.
I have zero experience in PPV programs.
Can anybody tell me how exactly this works?
Can we directly put the youtube video link as our LP url in our PPV campaigns?
Is the geographic targeting as good as adwords?
I have visited some PPV companies but I am not able to estimate what kinda budget I need to allot for 25k views of a youtube video.

PPV traffic is way too expensive to be spending on Youtube views. If you want views then buy some of that shitty expired domain traffic that's going around for $6/K instead.

If you really do want to buy PPV traffic then send it to a proper landing page where you can make some sales. If you really want to run a video on your landing page, host it yourself and use jwplayer to play it. Conversions off Youtube pages are terrible because there's so much else to click on.

Lol i thought this thread was going to be about bidding on youtube urls in cpv networks...i have done this and seen traffic come in... Just did it as a test though.
