Youtube PPD/CPA Ideas

Hey guys,

I need some advice. (quite new to cpa/ppd)
I am the owner of a good viewed Youtube hiphop platform in the Netherlands.
Adsense is paying me ''okay'' but I want to be more creative with maybe some CPA/PPD action to milk this thing out.
I am posting a new episode every week, and it gets very well viewed. Every week a new artist. We film/edit everything ourselves.

The first thing I tried was putting an MP3 download so they can have the MP3 from the video but first they had to do a survey.(lol)
This isn't working at all, got some clicks nobody finished.
I hope you understand what I'm trying to do, looking for some creativity or ideas.

It is my opinion that it is mean pay per download . lol

It's hard to monetize that sort of traffic, people are coming to your channel to have fun and listen to some music maybe, but they aren't going to complete surveys in order to download only one song.

But if you would make something like a VIP Portal where people would have to pay you 1 - 2 $/month or to complete surveys each day to have access, it would be great.
You could post there some private pictures, non released songs, signs and so on.

Get affiliated with some kind of music software (don't know, maybe something like magix), then do a review in your channel (maybe ask somebody who knows what he's doing - look on its support forum for somebody like that), sell the vision of becoming the next superstar.
