Will uploading 1000 albums of music on youtube and adding adfly links in the discription dirrecting to ppd site where i have uploaded the albums higher quality will make me some money? If not what will stop me?

You will make money only if you upload hundred/thousands of videos.

I don't think FBI will go to anywhere in this world bcose of some album copyright violation.

I think our guy living outside US, most US citizen won't think to do something like this.

You'd be better off making lyric videos with your time so your content won't go under surveillance and end up making your time wasted.
