Youtube porn into quality traffic?

Right so we've all seen those 2 min porn wanabe vids that get like 100's of views within seconds of going live, so what I'm wondering is can I do that with a video and then after maybe 1000 views change the title etc to the real thing?

Yeah you could change the title. I don't see the harm in it...
