I wrote a script like this at the beginning of the year at the request of some guys I was chatting with at the time. He eventually tried to burn me really bad, but I've got a half-built script that does exactly what you guys are describing.
It'll hit a list of youtube video urls, sit there for a certain amount of time, then load the next one. Was originally planning to make it a view-exchange like the other web based ones, and already laid out most of the server/client interaction... but, after being burnt by the guy, didn't even feel like lifting another finger on the practically done project. It supports proxy rotation, referrer spoofing, UA rotation, etc.
Thinking about releasing on here for free if I finish it up. Wasn't sure if there'd be any interest for it, but let me know.
